Computer Class Schedule

Please Sign Up Online or call (617) 796-1380 to register, or speak to a Reference Librarian at one of our information desks. 
Pre-registration is required for each class.  Classes are held in the Computer Center on the second floor unless otherwise noted.

Learn how to design Three Dimensional objects using free computer aided design software and then print them on the new 3D printer. By designing simple objects and printing them, you'll get a basic understanding of the tools both for design and 3D printing.

Each person gets 30 minutes for advice. We teach and inform, we don’t repair.
Our sessions are for For Educational and Informational help only.

This class will help job-seekers navigate the online application environment with a focus on library resources available to assist them.

This class is for beginners.  We cover very basic functions of the iPad. Starting with identifying all the buttons and learning terminology. The  objective is to make new iPad user more comfortable their device.

How to send a print job:  Send your print job as an attachment by email to this recipient

Then go to the First Floor Reference Desk to pick up your printout.

 

**Printouts are single-sided and in color. 

 

ALSO NOTE:  There is a 5 MB limit to the email size and a 5MB limit to each attachment. HP ePrint supports a maximum of

10 attachments to a single email. Emails that exceed these limits will not print.

 

Cost:

Predominantly black & white:

 10 cents per sheet.

 

Predominantly color (one or more color pictures/photos):

25 cents per sheet.

Please pay at the Circulation Desk.
