Computer Class Schedule

Please Sign Up Online or call (617) 796-1380 to register, or speak to a Reference Librarian at one of our information desks. 
Pre-registration is required for each class.  Classes are held in the Computer Center on the second floor unless otherwise noted.

October is Family History Month! This two-part class is open to groups of two (or more) people who share family branches and are interested in researching together. Learn the basics of genealogy and family history research. Then go online to track down your ancestors.

Learn how to design Three Dimensional objects using free computer aided design software and then print them on the Libraries new 3D printer. By designing simple objects and printing them, you'll get a basic understanding of the tools both for design and 3D printing.

You may now print documents from your email-enabled device using HP’s eprint technology.

 

How to send a print job:  Send your print job as an attachment by email to this recipient

Then go to the First Floor Reference Desk to pick up your printout.

 

**Printouts are single-sided and in color. 

 

ALSO NOTE:  There is a 5 MB limit to the email size and a 5MB limit to each attachment. HP ePrint supports a maximum of

10 attachments to a single email. Emails that exceed these limits will not print.

 

Cost:

Predominantly black & white:

 10 cents per sheet.

 

Predominantly color (one or more color pictures/photos):

25 cents per sheet.

Please pay at the Circulation Desk.
